- Once the customer is satisfied with the trial, they can proceed with the order.
2. Custom Machine Requirements
- For custom machines, we first conduct a detailed requirement analysis to understand the specific needs of the customer.
- A price quotation will be provided only after we finalize the design and technical feasibility.
3. Order Confirmation & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after finalizing the machine specifications and receiving the agreed-upon advance payment.
- Payment terms, manufacturing lead time, and delivery schedule will be communicated in the order agreement.
